Master of Mental Health Nursing; Bachelor of Nursing Sciences
Aaron is a mental health nurse who began his career in 2005 in front line mental health services working with chronic and enduring major mental illnesses. He has worked in multiple specialty service areas including: early psychosis and intervention, older persons mental health, mental health forensics for incarcerated youth and counselling war veterans.
These experiences have shaped Aaron’s understanding and passion for trauma-informed processes. This is inclusive of PTSD and Complex PTSD as a result of life experience and attachment processes.  He also currently works in a specialist Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation service. 
A deep grounding in attachment theory and a keen interest in multisystemic intergenerational trauma as a specialty. He utilises ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy,  Somatic Therapy interventions, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and more recently Family Constellations, as therapeutic models.  Aaron is an alternative thinker, who aims to assist people to live a meaningful life in alignment with their authentic self.
