Often, with the right support and nourishment, we can return to a natural state of balance. Sali believes that our bodies hold a great amount of wisdom and a tremendous capacity to self-heal. She also believes that the body eavesdrops on the mind and that our thoughts can greatly help or hinder this process of healing.
